All card payments will be processed securely by PayPal on a PayPal webpage. We have chosen to use PayPal because they offer the highest level of security and superb customer service.
You have the option to either use your credit/debit card to make your payment or if you prefer you can use your existing PayPal account.
Trustee Accounts
The monies collected will be placed in a trustee account. Timto Ltd will not use the funds for trading purposes and therefore the money can only be used to complete your order and charitable donation.
Website Security – EV SSL Certificate
We use a premium EV SSL Certificate to encrypt your data to ensure it can not be obtained by others. Therefore, you can enter your details with confidence. The certificate is provided by Comodo and you will see their real-time certificate in action in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
PCI Compliance
Timto.co.uk complies with the PCI Compliance regulations because we outsource all aspects of the payment process to the card payment provider, PayPal.
You will never be asked to enter your payment card details on the timto.co.uk website. Instead you will only enter your card details when you are securely located on the PayPal website.
- PCI Compliance is a new set of minimum standards that have been set by the Payment Card Industry (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) to help minimise fraudulent activity online. In other words, using timto.co.uk to make online contributions and/or payments is extremely safe. In fact we have taken every measure possible for your assurance and peace of mind.

Password Protected Accounts
As party host your personal account and birthday fund are protected by a username and password. Party guests can view a restricted birthday page by entering the unique party code and party password.
